The presence of Christ in my life has been constant. Blessed by exposure to Him by antecedents, the path to God was illuminated although my persistence on the path has faltered at times.

While working to find my future in medicine over 30 years ago I asked Christ to guide me. He, being the healer of many, not relying on high tech tools, has held the candle as I have treated the infirmed through these decades. For those who have been helped it is He who deserves credit.

He gave us the “Our Father” when asked how should we pray. To me it addresses the creator with due respect, it asks for daily nutrition, it asks for forgiveness and gives forgiveness, and it asks for protection from evil that can come from within ourselves, from fate, or from those who hate. Please shine your light of love on those who are blinded by hate Lord.

I thank God for my wife, my sons and theirs, my family, and for the people I have found.
